Not only did they miss diagnose the issue, but they tried confidently talking my wife into an over $8,000+ transmission replacement. This was more than we paid for the vehicle. After paying a few hundred dollar diagnostic fee I reached out to friends I knew in the industry for a 2nd opinion shop. That’s how I found out about Patrick and his team. Patrick’s team found this was a small sensor failure outside of the transmission and had it fixed within a few days. Additionally, after hearing the car was new to us, their team proactively looked it over for us. They found minimal issues from wear and tear that I happily asked them to complete. The cost was about 1/4the the other companies quote AND the other companies repair scope wouldn’t have even fixed the issue! Since, we have taken 2 of our other vehicles to Astro on Ina. The quality of work, customer service, and communication has continued to be outstanding. The pricing, more than fair. I will quite literally be telling everyone I know about this location.
